{"id":7269,"date":"2023-07-18T16:32:47","date_gmt":"2023-07-18T16:32:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nativoqueretaro.mx\/?p=7269"},"modified":"2023-07-18T16:33:35","modified_gmt":"2023-07-18T16:33:35","slug":"300-establecimientos-de-alimentos-y-bebidas-en-queretaro-pueden-usar-amparo-contra-ley-antitabaco-en-queretaro-300-esta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nativoqueretaro.mx\/index.php\/2023\/07\/18\/300-establecimientos-de-alimentos-y-bebidas-en-queretaro-pueden-usar-amparo-contra-ley-antitabaco-en-queretaro-300-esta\/","title":{"rendered":"300 establecimientos de alimentos y bebidas en Quer\u00e9taro pueden usar amparo  contra Ley Antitabaco"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La C\u00e1mara Nacional de la Industria de Restaurantes y Alimentos Condimentados (CANIRAC), inform\u00f3 que obtuvo la suspensi\u00f3n definitiva en contra del Decreto que reforma el Reglamento de la Ley General para el Control del Tabaco que entr\u00f3 en vigor el 15 de enero de este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>El Decreto proh\u00edbe la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios o consumo de alimentos y bebidas en las zonas destinadas para fumar, inhabilitando por completo su operaci\u00f3n, acci\u00f3n que impacto directamente a la industria.<\/p>\n<p>La presidenta de la delegaci\u00f3n Quer\u00e9taro de CANIRAC, Rosalinda Hern\u00e1ndez Rosiles, dijo que el amparo interpuesto por el organismo a nivel nacional, en contra del Reglamento ha dado frutos, al obtener una resoluci\u00f3n positiva para reactivar las zonas exclusivas para fumar.<\/p>\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que esta suspensi\u00f3n beneficia a aquellos restaurantes que demuestren su afiliaci\u00f3n a la C\u00e1mara y cuenten con licencia de funcionamiento vigente para la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio de alimentos y bebidas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSe trata de un logro importante para el sector de los alimentos y bebidas.
