{"id":6693,"date":"2023-07-05T14:13:26","date_gmt":"2023-07-05T14:13:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nativoqueretaro.mx\/?p=6693"},"modified":"2023-07-05T14:25:27","modified_gmt":"2023-07-05T14:25:27","slug":"reformas-al-codigo-civil-para-que-personas-con-enfermedades-contagiosas-puedan-contraer-matrimonio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nativoqueretaro.mx\/index.php\/2023\/07\/05\/reformas-al-codigo-civil-para-que-personas-con-enfermedades-contagiosas-puedan-contraer-matrimonio\/","title":{"rendered":"Reformas al C\u00f3digo Civil para que personas con enfermedades contagiosas puedan contraer matrimonio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las diputadas integrantes de los Grupos Legislativos del Partido Acci\u00f3n Nacional (PAN), Liz Selene Salazar P\u00e9rez, Leticia Rubio Montes, Dulce Imelda Ventura Rend\u00f3n y Beatriz Guadalupe Marmolejo Rojas; as\u00ed como de Quer\u00e9taro Independiente (QI), Martha Daniela Salgado M\u00e1rquez, en la LX Legislatura del estado, presentaron tres iniciativas de ley en materia civil, desarrollo sostenible y pueblos m\u00e1gicos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La diputada Selene Salazar P\u00e9rez, inform\u00f3 sobre la iniciativa de ley que reforma y adiciona a los art\u00edculos 96 y 148 del C\u00f3digo Civil del estado de Quer\u00e9taro; mencion\u00f3 que el art\u00edculo 96 se refiere a los requisitos y documentaci\u00f3n que se acompa\u00f1an a la solicitud para contraer matrimonio; mientras que el art\u00edculo 148 da cuenta de los impedimentos para contraer matrimonio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coment\u00f3 que ambos art\u00edculos tienen en com\u00fan que actualmente prev\u00e9n elementos de discriminaci\u00f3n, particularmente a la discriminaci\u00f3n por motivos de salud, ya que refieren que no pueden contraer matrimonio quienes padezcan enfermedades contagiosas hereditarias, dicha discriminaci\u00f3n, dijo, es un arma de doble filo, pues adem\u00e1s de discriminar, estigmatiza y revictimiza a quienes est\u00e1n en esos supuestos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEs por ello que esta iniciativa pretende suprimir esas porciones normativas, a efecto de que, quienes quieran contraer matrimonio y est\u00e9n en aptitud para ello, no encuentren obst\u00e1culo para hacerlo. (\u2026) Acabemos con la discriminaci\u00f3n, eliminemos de nuestros ordenamientos jur\u00eddicos todos los elementos que contengan directrices discriminatorias, y en su lugar, hay que crear puentes y mecanismos que permitan que todas las personas gocen y tengan garantizados todos sus derechos, y que por ning\u00fan motivo exista un trato diferenciado.
