entrega de recursos p\u00fablicos que hace la delegaci\u00f3n estatal de Bienestar a trav\u00e9s de los programas sociales; esto tras conocerse de denuncias presentadas por beneficiarios que no han podido cobrar su Pensi\u00f3n de Adulto Mayor y Discapacidad y que suman 10 amparos ante la justicia federal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El senador dijo que existe opacidad desde la conformaci\u00f3n del Padr\u00f3n al desconocerse todo lo relacionado con fechas de inscripci\u00f3n por lo que no hay precisi\u00f3n para saber si cu\u00e1ndo se empiezan a hacer los dep\u00f3sitos la tarjeta, \u00e9sta ya est\u00e1 en manos del beneficiario o sigue dentro de las oficinas gubernamentales.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Botello Montes, dijo que la falta de transparencia es una caracter\u00edstica del gobierno de la 4t y por ello ha impedido el adecuado funcionamiento del Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n y Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales (INAI).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dijo que en el Estado de M\u00e9xico ya hay se\u00f1alamientos de que los recursos destinados a programas sociales son destinados a la campa\u00f1a de su candidata al gobierno de esa entidad por parte de la Secretar\u00eda de
