{"id":4597,"date":"2023-05-06T15:42:15","date_gmt":"2023-05-06T15:42:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nativoqueretaro.mx\/?p=4597"},"modified":"2023-05-06T15:42:15","modified_gmt":"2023-05-06T15:42:15","slug":"sesiono-comite-de-transparencia-del-congreso-local","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nativoqueretaro.mx\/index.php\/2023\/05\/06\/sesiono-comite-de-transparencia-del-congreso-local\/","title":{"rendered":"Sesion\u00f3 Comit\u00e9 de Transparencia del Congreso local"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La presidenta de la Mesa Directiva de la LX Legislatura, diputada Graciela Ju\u00e1rez Montes, presidi\u00f3 este d\u00eda la sesi\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 de Transparencia del Poder Legislativo del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro, en el que el titular de la Unidad de Transparencia, Joel Le\u00f3n Escamilla, present\u00f3 la propuesta de &#8216;Programa Anual de Capacitaci\u00f3n en Materia de Transparencia 2023&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En esta sesi\u00f3n estuvieron presentes quienes de acuerdo a la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Legislativo conforman dicho Comit\u00e9: El secretario t\u00e9cnico del mismo, Fernando Cervantes Jaimes, titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Servicios Parlamentarios; as\u00ed como los dos vocales que lo conforman, siendo estos los titulares de la Oficial\u00eda Mayor y de la Tesorer\u00eda, Daniel Llamas Contreras e Izcalli Rubio Medina, respectivamente; adem\u00e1s asisti\u00f3 como invitado el responsable de la Contralor\u00eda Interna de la Legislatura, Antonio Trinidad Uribe S\u00e1nchez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n, la LX Legislatura, a trav\u00e9s de su Comit\u00e9 de Transparencia, aprob\u00f3 el &#8216;Programa Anual de Capacitaci\u00f3n en Materia de Transparencia 2023&#8217;, con el prop\u00f3sito de contribuir al desarrollo de una cultura de transparencia dentro de la instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con ello tambi\u00e9n se busca que los servidores p\u00fablicos de este recinto legislativo fortalezcan sus conocimientos y se desarrollen en temas como: El Sistema de Portales de Obligaciones de Transparencia (SIPOT), para dar cumplimiento en tiempo y forma al proceso de carga de informaci\u00f3n en la Plataforma Nacional de Transparencia; la clasificaci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n y elaboraci\u00f3n de versiones p\u00fablicas; as\u00ed como lo relativo al derecho al acceso a la informaci\u00f3n y el cumplimiento de obligaciones de transparencia y gestiones a solicitudes de informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estas capacitaciones se llevar\u00e1n a cabo en coordinaci\u00f3n y colaboraci\u00f3n con la Comisi\u00f3n de Transparencia, Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica y Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro (Infoqro).
