style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alejandro Olvera Hern\u00e1ndez, quien es presidente de la Alianza Sindical de Trabajadores del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro, coment\u00f3 que la reforma de ley aprobada por diputados federales, debe ser ratificada por el Senado, para disminuir la jornada laboral de 48 a 40 horas por semana, en virtud de la extenuantes jornadas laborales que trabajadores cumplen diariamente y que en algunos caso superan las 8 horas al d\u00eda que marca la Ley Federal de Trabajo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agreg\u00f3 que el tener dos d\u00edas de descanso obligatorio a la semana compensar\u00e1 el excesivo ritmo de trabajo al que cotidianamente se enfrenta el personal; adem\u00e1s agreg\u00f3 que no es nada nuevo, puesto que en muchos pa\u00edses se aplica sin que esto afecte su productividad y las posiciones que ocupan en el listado de econom\u00edas s\u00f3lidas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Olvera Hern\u00e1ndez, finaliz\u00f3 diciendo que de aprobarse la medida, se sumar\u00eda a la reforma recientemente aprobada que concede dos semanas de vacaciones por a\u00f1o en beneficio de la clase
