Constituyentes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quer\u00e9taro, Qro., 21 de septiembre de 2026.- Para mejorar los tiempos de traslado por las obras federales en la carretera 57 y avenida Prolongaci\u00f3n Constituyentes, el gobierno estatal y autoridades municipales implementar\u00e1n un operativo en la zona a partir de este lunes 21 de septiembre, indic\u00f3 el titular de la Agencia de Movilidad del estado (AMEQ), Gerardo Cuanalo Santos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El titular de la dependencia detall\u00f3 que por parte de la Agencia se realizar\u00e1n 5 acciones puntuales; en el caso del transporte p\u00fablico, el carril confinado se abrir\u00e1 para los autos particulares a la altura de Milenio, y se aplicar\u00e1n multas con una acci\u00f3n preventiva a los particulares que realicen ascensos o descensos en los lugares de la zona que no est\u00e1n habilitados para ello.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inform\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que, de las nueve rutas que circulan por la zona, cinco de ellas, la T13, T16, C34, C64, C69, omitir\u00e1n su recorrido por la zona de mayor conflicto. Asimismo, habr\u00e1 presencia permanente de la Polic\u00eda Estatal y se dispondr\u00e1 de gr\u00faas en puntos estrat\u00e9gicos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A su vez, la AMEQ instalar\u00e1 un puesto de mando en el sitio y se har\u00e1 transmisi\u00f3n de video en vivo del estatus de la zona, que podr\u00e1 ser revisada por los ciudadanos a trav\u00e9s de <a href=\"https:\/\/ameq.live\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ameq.live<\/a>; para informarse sobre desv\u00edos, tiempos de traslado y rutas alternas podr\u00e1n consultar Waze, Google Maps y App Qrob\u00fas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El secretario de Gobierno del estado, Eric Gudi\u00f1o Torres, afirm\u00f3 que se han hecho acuerdos con la Secretar\u00eda de Infraestructura, Comunicaciones y Transportes (SICT), los cuales contemplan el compromiso de liberar de manera permanente dos carriles de circulaci\u00f3n desde El Carmen hasta el Con\u00edn; realizar el bacheo de puntos cr\u00edticos desde la entrada a Ciudad Maderas hasta el kil\u00f3metro 203; mejorar la se\u00f1al\u00e9tica vial preventiva, y por parte de la Guardia Nacional se acord\u00f3 el reforzamiento de su presencia en la zona.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Movilidad del municipio de Quer\u00e9taro, Pedro \u00c1ngeles Luj\u00e1n, mencion\u00f3 acciones como un pilotaje vial en el cruce de Milenio, el cierre temporal del retorno a la altura del fraccionamiento La Porta; presencia operativa en el retorno cercano a Universidad Cuauht\u00e9moc, as\u00ed como un pilotaje vial a las afueras de la Universidad Cuauht\u00e9moc, donde se habilit\u00f3 una bah\u00eda de ascenso y descenso para la comunidad escolar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A estas medidas, se suma la presencia de 30 auxiliares viales en diversos puntos estrat\u00e9gicos, adecuaciones de vialidad, se instalaci\u00f3n de se\u00f1al\u00e9tica y refuerzo de la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n de los carriles de circulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Del mismo modo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que se dispondr\u00e1 de una bah\u00eda de ascenso y descenso para transporte de plataformas en calle Loma Cuesta China, y se habilitar\u00e1 temporalmente un retorno sobre avenida Constituyentes, a la altura de avenida Vizca\u00ednas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por parte del municipio de El Marqu\u00e9s, se mantendr\u00e1 el trabajo con 21 oficiales de movilidad, 14 unidades en puntos estrat\u00e9gicos;
