privadas en todos los niveles, la diputada local por el Partido Acci\u00f3n Nacional, Dulce Ventura Rend\u00f3n, ingres\u00f3 una iniciativa de ley para reformar el art\u00edculo 65 de la Ley de Tr\u00e1nsito en el estado de\u00a0 Quer\u00e9taro y establecer los l\u00edmites m\u00e1ximos de velocidad a las afueras de escuelas; tamb\u00eden cuando se circule junto a veh\u00edculos de transporte escolar estacionado y con las intermitentes encendidas.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En ese sentido la propuesta legislativa establece que trat\u00e1ndose de planteles que se encuentren en avenidas secundarias y de baja velocidad, se permitir\u00e1 un m\u00e1ximo de 20 kil\u00f3metros por hora; para las que se ubiquen sobre v\u00edas principales y de alta velocidad se habla de 30 kil\u00f3metros por hora.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dulce Ventura Rend\u00f3n, dijo que hoy el estado no cuenta con ninguna estad\u00edstica que permita saber la relaci\u00f3n entre exceso de velocidad y atropellamientos escolares; tampoco cu\u00e1ntos estudiantes han sido v\u00edctimas de choques a bordo de transportes escolares, aunque reconoci\u00f3 la necesidad de establecer l\u00edmites m\u00e1ximos como una medida preventiva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A nivel nacional los hechos de tr\u00e1nsito son la primera causa de muerte de ni\u00f1os y adolescentes entre los 5 y 14 a\u00f1os y la segunda en el grupo de adolescentes de 15 y 19 a\u00f1os; son la primera causa de muerte de de personas de 5 a 29 a\u00f1os, de acuerdo al INEGI, dijo la diputada.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con la
