Ayuntamiento aprobaron la Ley de Ingresos para el Ejercicio Fiscal 2026 del Municipio de Corregidora por un monto de mil 897 millones 151 mil 994 pesos, lo que representa un incremento del 2.2% respecto al a\u00f1o vigente. Este documento ser\u00e1 enviado este mismo d\u00eda a la Legislatura del estado de Quer\u00e9taro para su an\u00e1lisis y aprobaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los aspectos que comprende la Ley de Ingresos destaca que no habr\u00e1 incremento en el Impuesto Predial ni en el Impuesto Sobre Traslado de Dominio; adem\u00e1s, se descarta la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos impuestos y se mantienen los costos de diversos servicios municipales, as\u00ed como los est\u00edmulos fiscales para organismos y grupos vulnerables, incluyendo el programa Tu Ciudad Contigo.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, se preservan los descuentos en el pago del Impuesto Predial durante los meses de enero y febrero para las y los propietarios de vivienda que realicen su pago anual de forma anticipada y en una sola exhibici\u00f3n, con la obtenci\u00f3n del seguro que protege vivienda, comercio, veh\u00edculo y mascotas.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, durante la Sesi\u00f3n de Cabildo fue aprobada por unanimidad la donaci\u00f3n de una fracci\u00f3n del predio ubicado en Calle Salto del \u00c1ngel No. 1-B, colonia Misi\u00f3n San Juan, en favor del Sistema Municipal DIF, donde actualmente se encuentra el Centro de Atenci\u00f3n a Personas en Situaci\u00f3n de Vulnerabilidad, que alberga la Procuradur\u00eda Municipal de Protecci\u00f3n de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes y la Unidad de Protecci\u00f3n Integral de Personas en Situaci\u00f3n de Vulnerabilidad.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRecordemos que se trata del predio donde se llev\u00f3 a cabo la apertura de instalaciones que el DIF Municipal reacondicion\u00f3 con una visi\u00f3n muy importante e integral para brindar el mejor servicio a los grupos m\u00e1s vulnerables\u201d, concluy\u00f3 el presidente municipal, Chepe Guerrero, quien celebr\u00f3 que el DIF Corregidora cuente ya con un espacio propio.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, las y los regidores de Corregidora aprobaron un par de dict\u00e1menes de jubilaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Corregidora, Qro., 27 de noviembre de 2025.- El alcalde Chepe Guerrero y las y los regidores del H.
