{"id":38794,"date":"2025-07-02T20:17:20","date_gmt":"2025-07-02T20:17:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nativoqueretaro.mx\/?p=38794"},"modified":"2025-07-02T20:17:20","modified_gmt":"2025-07-02T20:17:20","slug":"presenta-chepe-guerrero-denuncia-por-maltrato-animal-ante-la-fiscalia-a-traves-del-imca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nativoqueretaro.mx\/index.php\/2025\/07\/02\/presenta-chepe-guerrero-denuncia-por-maltrato-animal-ante-la-fiscalia-a-traves-del-imca\/","title":{"rendered":"Presenta Chepe Guerrero denuncia por maltrato animal ante la Fiscal\u00eda a trav\u00e9s del IMCA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Corregidora, Qro., 2 de julio de 2025.- El pasado 27 de junio, el titular del \u00e1rea jur\u00eddica del Instituto Municipal del Cuidado Animal de Corregidora (IMCA), Manuel Alejandro Basante L\u00f3pez, present\u00f3 una denuncia formal ante la Fiscal\u00eda N\u00famero 2 por presunto maltrato animal en contra de Joaqu\u00edn \u201cN\u201d, quien se desempe\u00f1a como paseador de perros en calle Real de Las Lomas en el Fraccionamiento Vista Real.<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior, luego de que el pasado 20 de junio del a\u00f1o en curso se recibi\u00f3 una denuncia ciudadana al n\u00famero de atenci\u00f3n de reportes del IMCA, por presunto maltrato y crueldad animal, posteriormente el 26 de junio, el denunciante envi\u00f3 un video en el que se observa al presunto responsable jalando y ahorcando a un canino durante el paseo, situaci\u00f3n que constituye un acto de maltrato.<\/p>\n<p>El mismo d\u00eda se recibieron cuatro denuncias adicionales por parte de otros ciudadanos quienes refieren haber presenciado hechos similares, en una de ellas se anexa copia del INE del presunto agresor. Al d\u00eda siguiente, se sumaron tres denuncias m\u00e1s, reiterando la misma conducta violenta hacia los animales.<\/p>\n<p>El Instituto Municipal del Cuidado Animal de Corregidora (IMCA) informa que la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n se encuentra en curso, por lo que se espera una resoluci\u00f3n por parte de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro. En tanto, se contin\u00faa recopilando evidencia audiovisual y testimonial a trav\u00e9s del n\u00famero WhatsApp 442-467-4777.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe se\u00f1alar que el gobierno municipal de Corregidora encabezado por el alcalde, Chepe Guerrero, reitera su compromiso en favor del bienestar animal, por lo que toda persona que atente en contra de estos se enfrentar\u00e1 a todo el peso de la ley.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCondeno cualquier acci\u00f3n de maltrato animal, me parece que es una situaci\u00f3n que no deber\u00eda observarse bajo ninguna circunstancia.
