Esto refleja un bajo nivel de endeudamiento sin uso de deuda a corto plazo, adem\u00e1s de una fuerte posici\u00f3n de liquidez, as\u00ed como fortaleza en pr\u00e1cticas de administraci\u00f3n y gobierno, y un s\u00f3lido nivel de ingresos propios.<\/p>\n<p>La calificaci\u00f3n contribuye a que Quer\u00e9taro sea un lugar atractivo para la inversi\u00f3n y favorece la instalaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s empresas, lo que permite generar m\u00e1s y mejores empleos en actividades diversas, principalmente en manufactura, construcci\u00f3n y comercio.<\/p>\n<p>El estado se ha beneficiado por el dinamismo econ\u00f3mico, bajos niveles de desempleo, tan s\u00f3lo el 2.1 por ciento, lo que significa que se cuenta con altos niveles de formalidad laboral y salarios superiores al promedio nacional.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, Moody\u2019s emiti\u00f3 la calificaci\u00f3n internacional Baa2 con perspectiva negativa, lo que implica que la entidad mantiene balances operativos no negativos, bajo niveles de deuda y fuerte posici\u00f3n de liquidez; es el m\u00e1ximo nivel al que se puede llegar en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Moody\u2019s califica a Quer\u00e9taro como una entidad que ha mantenido s\u00f3lidas pr\u00e1cticas de administraci\u00f3n y gobierno interno, como un estado proactivo en recaudaci\u00f3n y en la planeaci\u00f3n de proyectos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Quer\u00e9taro, Qro., 10 de junio de 2025.- De acuerdo a la calificadora internacional Moody\u2019s, el perfil crediticio nacional del estado de Quer\u00e9taro se mantiene en la m\u00e1xima calificaci\u00f3n de AAA.mx estable.
