{"id":33660,"date":"2024-10-07T14:12:43","date_gmt":"2024-10-07T14:12:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nativoqueretaro.mx\/?p=33660"},"modified":"2024-10-07T14:12:43","modified_gmt":"2024-10-07T14:12:43","slug":"realiza-sesa-la-carrera-color-young-en-el-municipio-de-jalpan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nativoqueretaro.mx\/index.php\/2024\/10\/07\/realiza-sesa-la-carrera-color-young-en-el-municipio-de-jalpan\/","title":{"rendered":"Realiza SESA la carrera Color Young en el municipio de Jalpan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Las y los profesionales de la Jurisdicci\u00f3n Sanitaria No.\u00a04\u00a0de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud (SESA) del estado de Quer\u00e9taro,\u00a0en coordinaci\u00f3n con el personal de la Preparatoria de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Quer\u00e9taro (UAQ),\u00a0llev\u00f3\u00a0a cabo la segunda carrera de colores \u201cColor Young\u201d en las instalaciones deportivas de la academia en el municipio de Jalpan de Serra;\u00a0las actividades estuvieron coordinadas por el director de la Jurisdicci\u00f3n, Antonio Hern\u00e1ndez Garc\u00eda y el coordinador de departamento de atenci\u00f3n a la Salud de la Infancia y Adolescencia, Benjam\u00edn Plata Solado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Se cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de 250 adolescentes que corrieron\u00a0las\u00a0categor\u00edas 3 km y 5 km. Con esta actividad se promueve el deporte y la actividad f\u00edsica como factores que influyen de forma positiva en la salud mental con la finalidad de fortalecer las capacidades cognitivas y sociales, el autoconcepto y la resiliencia y la salud f\u00edsica en donde se busca prevenir riesgos cardiovasculares, sobrepeso, obesidad, entre otras enfermedades.
