Nunca m\u00e1s un violentador en el poder\u201d,\u00a0<\/span>se\u00f1al\u00f3\u00a0el diputado federal, Jos\u00e9 Luis B\u00e1ez Guerrero respecto al dictamen aprobado el d\u00eda de hoy, donde se reforman los art\u00edculos 38 y 102 de la Constituci\u00f3n y donde se prev\u00e9 que quien ha sido sancionado, sentenciado por un delito, derivado de violencia de g\u00e9nero, estar\u00e1\u00a0tambi\u00e9n\u00a0impedido para ser candidato.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">El legislador queretano, destac\u00f3 que dicha iniciativa fue aprobada por una amplia mayor\u00eda,\u00a0y se trata de\u00a0un tema\u00a0de la mayor relevancia y de un amplio consenso.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">\u201cHemos legislado para aprobar la llamada\u00a0<\/span>#Ley3de3 contra la violencia de g\u00e9nero, por la cual se proh\u00edbe que sean registrados como candidatos, o nombrados para un puesto en el servicio p\u00fablico, quienes sean deudores alimentarios morosos o violentadores por raz\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero\u201d, abund\u00f3 B\u00e1ez Guerrero.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Para el diputado federal por Quer\u00e9taro, el objetivo de esta acci\u00f3n legislativa es claro, pues busca garantizar que cualquier agresor que realice actos de violencia o cualquier agresi\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero en contra de las mujeres no puedan ocupar\u00a0un cargo de elecci\u00f3n popular.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">\u201cEste es un avance en la defensa de las mujeres mexicanas, las cifras en torno a la violencia hacia las mujeres han ido en aumento\u00a0<\/span>por lo que se requieren leyes que castiguen todo tipo de violencia\u00a0y\u00a0establezcan consecuencias para quienes agreden a la mujer<span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">\u201d, puntualiz<\/span>\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">El dictamen pasar\u00e1 a la C\u00e1mara de Senadores y, en su caso, a las Legislaturas locales por tratarse de una reforma Constitucional.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cSe trata de un cambio constitucional de gran relevancia, para evitar que los agresores por g\u00e9nero puedan desempe\u00f1arse en un cargo p\u00fablico.
