Es decir, que no hay ninguna \u00e1rea especializada brindar ayuda psicol\u00f3gica a sobrevivientes, familiares de enfermos fallecidos y al mismo personal m\u00e9dico que enfrent\u00f3 desde la primera l\u00ednea\u00a0 a la\u00a0 pandemia en hospitales.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esto puede explicarse cuando en el 2023 el presupuesto que design\u00f3 el estado para la atenci\u00f3n mental fue menor al uno por ciento, es decir del 0.01 por ciento, de acuerdo con la ley de ingresos y egresos aprobada por diputados locales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aunque la planeaci\u00f3n de lo que ser\u00e1 la cl\u00ednica estatal \u201cPost-Covid\u201d, se encuentra al 92% de su construcci\u00f3n y requiri\u00f3 de una inversi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 36 millones de pesos, solo contempla \u00e1reas de terapia f\u00edsica, pero de la mental nada se ha dicho.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dulce ventura Rend\u00f3n quien preside la Comisi\u00f3n de Salud en el Congreso, acept\u00f3 que es un tema pendiente y que no hay recursos suficientes para enfrentarlo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las voces de expertos en salud mental, como es el caso del director de la Facultad de Psicolog\u00eda de la UAQ, Rolando Salinas Garc\u00eda, han dicho que de no atenderse los efectos en la salud mental derivados del COVID, enfrentaremos otra pandemia de patolog\u00edas mentales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aunque actualmente el sector salud en el estado atiende un promedio de 19 a 20 personas al d\u00eda, con padecimientos derivados del COVID, ninguna de estas atenciones se refiere a la salud mental y control emocional.
