Padr\u00f3n de Deudores Alimentarios"},"content":{"rendered":"<div dir=\"auto\">\u201cLa creaci\u00f3n de un Registro Nacional de Obligaciones Alimentarias, tiene como fin concentrar la informaci\u00f3n de personas deudoras, para que cumplan con tal obligaci\u00f3n en beneficio de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes\u201d, as\u00ed se pronunci\u00f3, la Senadora de la Rep\u00fablica, Estrella Rojas Loreto, al referirse al dictamen que crea el Registro Nacional de Obligaciones Alimentarias aprobado por el Senado de la Rep\u00fablica.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u201cAprobamos que autoridades de los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno, establezcan como requisito la presentaci\u00f3n del certificado de no inscripci\u00f3n en el Registro Nacional de Obligaciones Alimentarias, para la realizaci\u00f3n de distintos tr\u00e1mites, y as\u00ed, obligar a que deudores alimentarios cumplan con sus obligaciones\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la integrante de la Comisi\u00f3n Derechos de la Ni\u00f1ez y de la Adolescencia.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Rojas Loreto argumento que entre una de las medidas aprobadas est\u00e1 la restricci\u00f3n migratoria, para impedir que personas inscritas en este registro puedan salir del pa\u00eds cuando sean deudoras alimentarias morosas.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">De igual manera, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que con la aprobaci\u00f3n de este Dictamen, se busca que nunca m\u00e1s las personas deudoras alimentarias puedan postularse a cargos de elecci\u00f3n popular.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Finalmente, Rojas Loreto indic\u00f3 que sumado a los tr\u00e1mites antes mencionados, este dictamen busca la prohibici\u00f3n de otros como son los de pasaporte, solicitud de matrimonio y ante notario p\u00fablico, compraventa de inmuebles, por citar solo algunos, lo que ayudar\u00eda a que personas deudoras se responsabilicen de su obligaci\u00f3n antes de asumir otro compromiso.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Dicho dictamen pas\u00f3 al
