{"id":29745,"date":"2024-07-13T13:10:10","date_gmt":"2024-07-13T13:10:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nativoqueretaro.mx\/?p=29745"},"modified":"2024-07-13T13:10:10","modified_gmt":"2024-07-13T13:10:10","slug":"uaq-convoca-a-docentes-e-investigadores-a-participar-con-propuestas-en-reforma-planteada-a-nivel-federal-al-poder-judicial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nativoqueretaro.mx\/index.php\/2024\/07\/13\/uaq-convoca-a-docentes-e-investigadores-a-participar-con-propuestas-en-reforma-planteada-a-nivel-federal-al-poder-judicial\/","title":{"rendered":"UAQ convoca a docentes e investigadores a participar con propuestas en reforma planteada a nivel federal al Poder Judicial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Facultad de Derecho (FD) de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Quer\u00e9taro (UAQ), en conjunto con la C\u00e1tedra de Investigaci\u00f3n &#8220;Vulnerabilidades y Desarrollo Sostenible&#8221;, la Jefatura de Posgrado y el Cuerpo Acad\u00e9mico &#8220;Identidades, Medio Ambiente y Justicia en Contextos Democr\u00e1ticos&#8221; convocan a asociaciones, colegios y barras de abogados, docentes e investigadores y a estudiantes de Derecho al Foro Estatal de An\u00e1lisis a la Reforma Judicial 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Con el af\u00e1n de fortalecer el aprendizaje integral y el di\u00e1logo en torno a esta \u00e1rea, la Unidad Acad\u00e9mica llevar\u00e1 a cabo este evento del 12 al 16 de agosto en modalidad h\u00edbrida. Uno de los objetivos es abrir la discusi\u00f3n y la reflexi\u00f3n acerca de este tema, de manera que se aporten propuestas que enriquezcan la reforma planteada a nivel federal, por lo que resulta fundamental la intervenci\u00f3n de expertos en esta materia.<\/p>\n<p>El director de la FD, Dr. Edgar P\u00e9rez Gonz\u00e1lez, recalc\u00f3 la importancia que representa este espacio, pues en \u00e9l se concentrar\u00e1 la experiencia de muchos especialistas en las implicaciones de la Reforma Judicial, sus efectos y consecuencias; se buscar\u00e1 generar un documento con las diferentes propuestas que se aporten para presentarlo -en su momento- a legisladores de Quer\u00e9taro y al Congreso Federal. En paralelo, dijo, tambi\u00e9n se trata de informar a la ciudadan\u00eda acerca de las opiniones de abogados y abogadas al respecto.<\/p>\n<p>Las mesas que se trabajar\u00e1n son: &#8220;Integraci\u00f3n de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n&#8221;, &#8220;Elecci\u00f3n popular de los Ministros, Magistrados y Jueces&#8221;, &#8220;Sustituci\u00f3n del Consejo de la Judicatura Judicial. Tribunal de disciplina judicial&#8221;, &#8220;Sustituci\u00f3n del Consejo de la Judicatura Judicial. \u00d3rgano de administraci\u00f3n judicial&#8221;, &#8220;Nuevas reglas procesales. Suspensiones&#8221;, &#8220;Nuevas reglas procesales. Justicia local&#8221;, Nuevas reglas procesales. Fideicomisos del Poder Judicial&#8221;; y &#8220;Justicia expedita.
