d\u00eda de ma\u00f1ana, la diputada local\u00a0 de la Fracci\u00f3n Parlamentaria de Morena, Andrea Tovar Saavedra, dijo que se debe cuidar el no programar de momento obra p\u00fablica municipal o estatal que implique cierres viales en otras calles y avenidas de la capital o de lo contrario se estar\u00e1 ahogando a ciudad con congestionamientos vehiculares.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pidi\u00f3 que se programen de manera paulatina y de acuerdo con los avances en 5 de febrero, mismos que permitan mayor movilidad sobre alguno de los carriles que se vayan concluyendo; y que puedan ser utilizados aunque sea de manera parcial, coment\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dijo que su postura no es contraria a obras que se requieren en otros puntos de la ciudad y que su llamado es en funci\u00f3n de no impactar el tiempo de traslados que ya
