Durante la sesi\u00f3n, quienes conforman el \u00f3rgano colegiado municipal aprobaron por mayor\u00eda el reglamento tiene por objeto normar el funcionamiento del Sistema Municipal de Acceso de las Mujeres a una Vida Libre de Violencia y para la Igualdad Sustantiva entre Mujeres y Hombres.<\/p>\n
De conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Ley General para la Igualdad entre Mujeres y Hombres y en la Ley de Igualdad Sustantiva entre Hombres y Mujeres del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro, en dicho ordenamiento se determina el uso de lenguaje con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero, fomentando una imagen igualitaria plural y no estereotipada de mujeres y hombres en Corregidora.<\/p>\n
Aunado a lo mencionado, el reglamento establece los lineamientos generales para la organizaci\u00f3n de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica municipal respecto del cumplimiento de las leyes referidas.<\/p>\n
Por lo que se refiere a la aprobaci\u00f3n del Protocolo para Prevenir y Combatir el Hostigamiento y Acoso Sexual en el Municipio de Corregidora, la aplicaci\u00f3n de \u00e9ste es de observancia general para los servidores p\u00fablicos y particulares en el Municipio, y su objetivo es la implementaci\u00f3n uniforme, efectiva y homog\u00e9nea de los procedimientos para prevenir, atender y sancionar este tipo de situaciones o comportamientos que pudieran suscitarse entre empleados o de \u00e9stos hacia la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n
Para la debida interpretaci\u00f3n de esta norma, son definidos los siguientes aspectos o t\u00e9rminos: abuso de poder, acoso sexual, autoridades competentes, v\u00edctima, conflicto de intereses, denuncia, dependencias, dignidad, discriminaci\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero, perspectiva de g\u00e9nero, persona agresora, entre otras.<\/p>\n
La aplicaci\u00f3n de este protocolo se realizar\u00e1 sin perjuicio del cumplimiento de las disposiciones jur\u00eddicas que el Municipio debe observar en los procedimientos para la imposici\u00f3n de sanciones en materia laboral, administrativa o, en su caso, penal.<\/p>\n

De igual manera, el Ayuntamiento autoriz\u00f3, para beneficio de la ciudadan\u00eda, el acuerdo por el que se es aprobado el Programa para Emitir las Acciones y Dar Facilidad a la Regularizaci\u00f3n de los Predios Urbanos en el Municipio de Corregidora, que tiene por objetivo brindar las facilidades para que el sujeto beneficiado, obtenga la regularizaci\u00f3n en la tenencia de la tierra y la incorporaci\u00f3n al ordenamiento territorial y urbano.<\/p>\n
El programa tiene como finalidad el ser un mecanismo jur\u00eddico y administrativo a trav\u00e9s del cual los beneficiarios podr\u00e1n llevar a cabo una subdivisi\u00f3n o fusi\u00f3n de un predio, para que una vez que se cuente con dicha autorizaci\u00f3n procedan con los tr\u00e1mites que les corresponda para obtener la regularizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
Este programa estar\u00e1 vigente hasta el 31 de diciembre del presente a\u00f1o y la fecha l\u00edmite para la recepci\u00f3n de solicitudes ser\u00e1 el 31 de agosto. Los interesados deber\u00e1n cumplir los requisitos establecidos para obtener el beneficio.<\/p>\n
Finalmente, en cuanto a la aprobaci\u00f3n del acuerdo del Programa de Regularizaci\u00f3n de Anuncios Publicitarios y Denominativos del Municipio de Corregidora, \u00e9ste tiene el objetivo de generar las condiciones t\u00e9cnicas-administrativas que coadyuven a dar legalidad a las disposiciones del Reglamento de Imagen Urbana para el Municipio de Corregidora, para que a trav\u00e9s de \u00e9ste, se pueda realizar la regularizaci\u00f3n de los anuncios en el municipio.<\/p>\n
Dichas disposiciones son de orden p\u00fablico, inter\u00e9s social y observancia obligatoria, que tienen por objeto, entre otros, regular la autorizaci\u00f3n de la ubicaci\u00f3n, colocaci\u00f3n, instalaci\u00f3n y retiro de anuncios y sus estructuras, as\u00ed como su mantenimiento.<\/p>\n
