{"id":25899,"date":"2024-04-26T12:56:57","date_gmt":"2024-04-26T12:56:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nativoqueretaro.mx\/?p=25899"},"modified":"2024-04-26T12:56:57","modified_gmt":"2024-04-26T12:56:57","slug":"para-atender-problemas-del-sueno-imss-recomienda-establecer-horarios-regulares-para-dormir-levantarse-y-evitar-consumo-de-bebidas-energizantes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nativoqueretaro.mx\/index.php\/2024\/04\/26\/para-atender-problemas-del-sueno-imss-recomienda-establecer-horarios-regulares-para-dormir-levantarse-y-evitar-consumo-de-bebidas-energizantes\/","title":{"rendered":"Para atender problemas del sue\u00f1o, IMSS recomienda establecer horarios regulares para dormir, levantarse y evitar consumo de bebidas energizantes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">En la atenci\u00f3n de problemas relacionados con el sue\u00f1o, el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) recomienda a sus derechohabientes establecer horarios fijos para acostarse y levantarse, hacer ejercicio de forma regular y evitar el consumo de bebidas energizantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">La doctora Onelia Heredia Hern\u00e1ndez, psiquiatra adscrita a la Coordinaci\u00f3n de Salud Mental y Adicciones, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que dormir adecuadamente es un proceso mediante el cual el cuerpo se renueva, repara y revitaliza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Indic\u00f3 que durante el proceso del sue\u00f1o el organismo tiene la oportunidad de eliminar toxinas del cerebro, recomponer el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico y guardar memorias, por lo que no tener ese descanso puede dar paso a padecimientos como la obesidad y enfermedades cardiovasculares.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que existen factores que pueden impedir el dormir bien, incluyendo condiciones m\u00e9dicas como la diabetes, la presi\u00f3n arterial alta, la esclerosis m\u00faltiple, el Parkinson, el Alzheimer. Adem\u00e1s de predisponentes como el uso prolongado de dispositivos m\u00f3viles, las preocupaciones financieras, escolares y laborales, entre otras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Expres\u00f3 que adem\u00e1s del tratamiento conservador, que incluye medidas de higiene del sue\u00f1o como mantener: horarios para dormir y levantarse, incluso durante fines de semana y vacaciones, as\u00ed como realizar actividad f\u00edsica, el Seguro Social tambi\u00e9n brinda servicio de forma escalonada en los tres niveles de atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">En las Unidades de Medicina Familiar, coment\u00f3, se realiza la detecci\u00f3n de los principales problemas de sue\u00f1o, siendo el m\u00e9dico familiar quien valora la necesidad de tratamiento no farmacol\u00f3gico y farmacol\u00f3gico. En caso de que el paciente no presente una adecuada respuesta a ambos tratamientos se deriva a la consulta externa de psiquiatr\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">La doctora Heredia Hern\u00e1ndez manifest\u00f3 que algunos s\u00edntomas que indican problemas del sue\u00f1o son sensaci\u00f3n de cansancio durante el d\u00eda, fatiga, falta de concentraci\u00f3n, alteraciones en el afecto o aumento de la impulsividad y capacidad de reacci\u00f3n disminuida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">La psiquiatra adscrita a la Coordinaci\u00f3n de Salud Mental y Adicciones del Seguro Social expres\u00f3 que el sue\u00f1o reparador es el proceso donde descansamos y recargamos energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En la atenci\u00f3n de problemas relacionados con el sue\u00f1o, el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) recomienda a sus derechohabientes establecer horarios fijos para acostarse y levantarse, hacer ejercicio de forma regular y evitar el consumo de bebidas energizantes.
