Este a\u00f1o las tasas van de 3.76% a 10.45%, dependiendo de tu nivel salarial.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 No necesitas dar ning\u00fan enganche, ya que se utiliza el ahorro que ya tienes acumulado en tu Subcuenta de Vivienda, el cual se forma con las aportaciones que hace la empresa para la que trabajas.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Si tu bur\u00f3 de cr\u00e9dito no es tan bueno, no te ser\u00e1 negado el financiamiento.
