Obteniendo esta prestigiosa acreditaci\u00f3n hasta 2028, la Escuela de Gastronom\u00eda de la Universidad An\u00e1huac Quer\u00e9taro, se mantiene como la \u00fanica instituci\u00f3n educativa en el estado de Quer\u00e9taro con esta certificaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"CuerpoB\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"NingunoA\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">\u201cTedQual tiene el objetivo de promover la mejora de la calidad de los programas de educaci\u00f3n, formaci\u00f3n e investigaci\u00f3n en gastronom\u00eda, bajo criterios que buscan medir la eficacia del sistema pedag\u00f3gico, as\u00ed como el grado de incorporaci\u00f3n de las necesidades del sector gastron\u00f3mico y de los estudiantes\u201d, expres\u00f3 la Mtra.
