raz\u00f3n \u201cser la voz de las mayor\u00edas\u201d,\u00a0 como lo hace el presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, habla de una falta de argumentos t\u00e9cnicos y jur\u00eddicos que sustenten cualquier modificaci\u00f3n constitucional; ya que al carecer de estos, solo se se expresa una intenci\u00f3n muy personal que de fondo no propone ning\u00fan beneficio general para la sociedad, afirm\u00f3 el senador panista Alfredo Botello Montes, al hacer referencia al contenido del Plan B.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dijo que su aprobaci\u00f3n constituye una clara violaci\u00f3n a la Constituci\u00f3n y desconoce cualqueir concepto del derecho, que es la norma que regula al estado mexicano; por este motivo advirti\u00f3 que su partido no permitir\u00e1 que se transgredan las instituciones en favor\u00a0 de ning\u00fan partido, como lo hace MORENA.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Botello Montes, coment\u00f3 que son claros los puntos por los que el Plan B es materia de estudio por parte de la Suprema Corte, por lo que confi\u00f3 en que no resultar\u00e1 complicado para los magistrados que la integran, declarar la inconstitucionalidad del mismo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por \u00faltimo, hizo referencia a lo que consider\u00f3 una \u201cgrave intromisi\u00f3n al Instituto Nacional Electoral\u201d, al que pr\u00e1cticamente\u00a0 se le restaron las facultades para que realice con efectividad el trabajo para el que fue dise\u00f1ado y al que se dot\u00f3 de\u00a0 herramientas jur\u00eddicas, \u201cque hoy le resultan inconvenientes al presidente y el partido que enarbola\u201d,
