En sesi\u00f3n de trabajo de la Comisi\u00f3n de Planeaci\u00f3n y Presupuesto de la LX Legislatura, que conforman los diputados Luis Gerardo \u00c1ngeles Herrera, Maricruz Arellano Dorado y Martha Daniela Salgado M\u00e1rquez, se cont\u00f3 con la presencia de los representantes de las \u00e1reas de finanzas de los 18 municipios, adem\u00e1s de subsecretar\u00eda de Pol\u00edtica Fiscal e Ingresos de la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas del Poder Ejecutivo, Paulina Samperio P\u00e9rez; y en representaci\u00f3n de la Entidad Superior de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n (ESFE) Salvador Nieves Torres y Carlos Arturo Fajardo Mart\u00ednez; as\u00ed como la\u00a0presidenta municipal de Arroyo Seco, Ofelia del Castillo Guill\u00e9n; de Jalpan de Serra,\u00a0Efra\u00edn Mu\u00f1oz Cosme; y de San Joaqu\u00edn, Carlos Manuel Ledesma\u00a0Robles.<\/p>\n

En esta sesi\u00f3n, la comisi\u00f3n arranc\u00f3 los trabajos relativos al an\u00e1lisis y discusi\u00f3n de las iniciativas de Ley de Ingresos de los 18 Municipios del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro, para el Ejercicio Fiscal 2024, mismos que fueron entregados en tiempo y forma, para lo cual contar\u00e1n con el apoyo la Entidad Superior de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n del Estado (ESFE) a efectos de escuchar sus consideraciones que sirvieron de sustento para la elaboraci\u00f3n de las iniciativas.<\/p>\n

Las leyes de ingresos est\u00e1n conformadas con las participaciones y aportaciones federales y con los ingresos propios que cada municipio recauda por medio del impuesto predial, regularizaci\u00f3n de predios, cartera vencida, beneficios fiscales, ingresos por turismo, desarrollo inmobiliario, licencias de funcionamiento, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

El diputado Gerardo \u00c1ngeles consider\u00f3 en esta revisi\u00f3n de las leyes de ingresos de los municipios, la constante, en t\u00e9rminos generales, es que no hubo incremento en el impuesto predial, ni en traslado de dominios o nuevos impuestos, por lo que, en 2024, la econom\u00eda familiar no se va a ver afectada por cobro de impuesto.<\/p>\n

Consider\u00f3 que los incrementos que se tienen obedecen al esfuerzo que est\u00e1 haciendo cada municipio para que sus ingresos propios crezcan por medio de la generaci\u00f3n de planes e incentivos para que la poblaci\u00f3n se regularice en sus pagos.<\/p>\n

Comparti\u00f3 que la comisi\u00f3n legislativa seguir\u00e1 abierta para revisar los ajustes que se requieran previo a la aprobaci\u00f3n del Paquete Fiscal 2024 y de las 18 Leyes de Ingresos.<\/p>\n

El diputado Luis Gerardo \u00c1ngeles Herrera, decret\u00f3 un decreto a esta sesi\u00f3n a efecto de continuar la misma previa convocatoria a los integrantes de esta comisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
