local, aprob\u00f3 la desincorporaci\u00f3n de un predio propiedad del Gobierno del Estado, ubicado en el municipio de San Juan del R\u00edo, dentro del Parque Industrial San Juan del R\u00edo, con una extensi\u00f3n de 2500 metros cuadrados y con un valor catastral de 3 millones 190 mil pesos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respecto de los argumentos legales\u00a0 que present\u00f3 el Poder Ejecutivo para solicitar la desincorporaci\u00f3n, el presidente de dicha comisi\u00f3n, Gerardo \u00c1ngeles\u00a0 Herrera, inform\u00f3 que en\u00a0 la exposici\u00f3n de motivos se habl\u00e1 de una\u00a0 donaci\u00f3n al Sindicato Nacional de Trabajadores de la Educaci\u00f3n (SNTE), en el que se construir\u00e1n las instalaciones de la casa del jubilado y las oficinas regionales de ese sindicato.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En otro punto, tambi\u00e9n autorizaron la desincorporaci\u00f3n\u00a0 de un predio propiedad del municipio de Jalpan de Serra,que ser\u00e1 donado al Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de Quer\u00e9taro (ITQ), el cual se encuentra en la comunidad de \u201cPiedras Anchas\u201d, con una extensi\u00f3n de\u00a0 10 mil metros cuadrados con un valor de 350 mil pesos y que servir\u00e1 para la edificaci\u00f3n de servicios educativos, carreras y cursos acordes a las necesidades de la poblaci\u00f3n de aquel lugar,
