y discusi\u00f3n para regular a las empresas de seguridad privada, contempla transparentar el servicio que ofertan al colocar visiblemente el nombre de la compa\u00f1\u00eda que brinda este servicio, aclar\u00f3 Guillermo Vega Guerrero, presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Administraci\u00f3n y Procuraci\u00f3n de Justicia del Congreso de Quer\u00e9taro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dijo que la idea es que todos los guardias est\u00e9n identificados, es decir,\u00a0 que en cualquier caseta de fraccionamiento, negocio, escuela, bar o antro haya informaci\u00f3n publicada con el nombre de la empresa que est\u00e1 brindando el servicio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Vega Guerrero, coment\u00f3 que hoy el esquema de contrataci\u00f3n de empresas es porque alguien las conoce y las recomienda,\u00a0 pero es necesario verificar que operen cumpliendo los requisitos\u00a0 que quedar\u00e1n establecidos en la nueva ley, que estar\u00e1 en manos de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana, para su aplicaci\u00f3n y supervisi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aclar\u00f3 que el hecho de que se indique en los lugares donde prestan el servicio, el nombre de la empresa y de los elementos de seguridad que est\u00e1n laborando en ese momento, dar\u00e1 mayor garant\u00eda a los usuarios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">De igual forma, puntualiz\u00f3 que las empresas de seguridad privada que cuenten con licencia federal y por alguna raz\u00f3n vengan al estado, deber\u00e1n informar a la
