iniciativa privada, la presidenta del Patronato del Sistema Estatal DIF, Car Herrera de Kuri, puso en marcha el programa Sensibilizando Corazones, en la empresa Mabe, ah\u00ed mencion\u00f3 que con estas acciones se contribuye a tener procesos de selecci\u00f3n de personal e instalaciones adecuadas para las personas con discapacidad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBuscamos ser agentes de cambio, implementar acciones m\u00e1s humanas e informar en temas b\u00e1sicos de inclusi\u00f3n para que este sector vulnerable se integre a espacios laborales dignos y seguros\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La directora Corporativa de Desarrollo Organizacional de Mabe, Patricia del Blanco Maafs, destac\u00f3 que la inclusi\u00f3n laboral es m\u00e1s que una acci\u00f3n social, porque representa, dijo, un acto de justicia y equidad que beneficia no solo a las empresas, sino a la sociedad en general.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, las autoridades del SEDIF entregaron reconocimientos de apertura para la contrataci\u00f3n de personas con discapacidad a operativos de Mabe; adem\u00e1s, las y los empleados recibieron una capacitaci\u00f3n por parte del Centro de Rehabilitaci\u00f3n Integral de Quer\u00e9taro (CRIQ), el Instituto Municipal para Prevenir y Eliminar la Discriminaci\u00f3n, la Empresa de Consultor\u00eda Factor Tres Accesibilidad
