El deporte requiere constancia, disciplina pero, principalmente, confianza en uno mismo\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Iridia Salazar.<\/p>\n<p>Las academias de iniciaci\u00f3n son un programa que se desarrolla en todos los municipios del estado y permite la identificaci\u00f3n de talentos deportivos y la promoci\u00f3n del deporte desde edades tempranas.
