de Pleno celebrada el 12 de septiembre del presente a\u00f1o, la diputada Selene Salazar impulsora de la iniciativa que reforma y adiciona los art\u00edculos 96 y 148 del C\u00f3digo Civil del Estado, en su intervenci\u00f3n, dijo que con este dictamen aprobado ya existir\u00e1 la posibilidad de que los contrayentes pueden firmar una carta donde expongan que conocen la o las enfermedades que tiene la otra persona y que conocen sus alcances, pero que quieren formar una familia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En ese sentido, la legisladora manifest\u00f3: \u201cevitando as\u00ed contenidos discriminatorios, estereotipados, estigmatizantes o de discriminaci\u00f3n indirecta y en su lugar, se generan normas progresivas en el pleno reconocimiento y en la m\u00e1s amplia protecci\u00f3n de los derechos fundamentales a partir de la igualdad sustantiva de todas las personas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cLleg\u00f3 el momento de fomentar el derecho a formar una familia, desde la igualdad y la no discriminaci\u00f3n\u201d, mencion\u00f3 la diputada Selene Salazar, durante su participaci\u00f3n en tribuna en Sala de Pleno del Congreso del
